Founder & CEO
Dr. Aaron Jeziorski, DMD
Dr. Aaron Jeziorski is an Arizona native and the founder and CEO of Phoenix Dental Partners, the parent organization behind Acacia Dental, BlueDot Dental, Toothology Dental, and Arizona Biltmore Dentistry. With a vision to bring consistent, high-quality dental care to the Phoenix Metro, Dr. Jeziorski has built a network of practices united by a shared commitment to patient-first care and clinical excellence.
Passionate about giving back, Dr. Jeziorski serves as an endowment founder at the Brighterway Dental Clinic for the Homeless in downtown Phoenix. He regularly attends seminars and conferences to stay at the forefront of dental innovation — and is known for giving his personal cell phone number to patients so they always have access to the care they need.
Dr. Jeziorski continues to mentor his team of doctors who share his vision of delivering high quality dental care with 5 star service.

Dr. Michael Hood, DDS
Arizona Biltmore Dentistry — Phoenix
A fourth-generation Arizonan, Dr. Hood attended Arizona State University before earning his dental degree from the esteemed Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. He has performed countless cosmetic dental procedures and is certified and licensed to use the FDA-approved LANAP® and Periolase® procedures to treat gum disease.
Dr. Hood is also Invisalign® certified and trained in dental sleep medicine, helping patients who suffer from sleep apnea and snoring find lasting relief. He is married with four children and enjoys spending time with his family outside of the office.

Dr. Myha Nguyen, DMD
Acacia Dental — Tempe
Dr. Nguyen is originally from Ventura, California. After studying Physiology at UCLA, she obtained both a Master's degree and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Arizona. She now resides in Phoenix with her husband.
Dr. Nguyen is passionate about dentistry and strives to provide each patient with a positive and comfortable dental experience. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, Pilates, and scouring the Valley for the best food and drinks.

Dr. Stacey L. Sanford, DDS, MS
Toothology Dental — Scottsdale
Dr. Sanford is an Army brat who graduated from Munich American High School in Munich, Germany before earning her degree in Microbiology from Southern Illinois University. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her Master of Science from the University of Detroit.
Following dental school, Dr. Sanford completed an Advanced General Practice residency at the University of Detroit Mercy, where she received specialized training in treating medically compromised patients, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, and prosthodontics. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing golf, attending concerts, and spending time with her dogs.

Dr. Ekaterina Pollard, DDS
Arizona Biltmore Dentistry — Phoenix
Dr. Pollard is a graduate of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California, where she received the "Head of Class" Top Student Award upon graduating in 2001. Immediately after graduation, she was invited to work at a prestigious dental office in Beverly Hills, where she gained valuable experience serving high-profile patients.
In 2003, Dr. Pollard relocated to Arizona and has over 20 years of dental experience. She owned a private dental practice for five years before joining the Arizona Biltmore Dentistry team. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her son.

Dr. Rozita Esbah, DMD
Toothology Dental — Scottsdale & Arizona Biltmore Dentistry — Phoenix
Dr. Rozita Esbah graduated from the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2001 and has practiced in private dental offices ever since. She moved to Phoenix in 2007, where she continues to provide compassionate, patient-focused care.
Dr. Esbah is especially passionate about helping patients who experience dental anxiety, using a gentle approach and reassuring manner to help them feel at ease. Outside the office, she enjoys life in Arizona with her husband and their two daughters.

Dr. Gregory Fuller, DDS
Arizona Biltmore Dentistry — Phoenix
A native Arizonan, Dr. Fuller graduated with distinction from Arizona State University before earning his dental degree from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry — ranked the number one clinical school in the country. He practiced for many years in Tucson, owned a thriving private practice, and later mentored new dental school graduates before returning to the Phoenix area.
Dr. Fuller finds cosmetic dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitations to be life-changing for patients, and considers implants and jaw bone preservation to be among the most impactful services he provides. Outside the office, he rebuilds old muscle cars, hikes, bicycles, remodels homes, and enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with their four grandchildren.

Dr. Matthew Rucker, DMD
Arizona Biltmore Dentistry — Phoenix
Dr. Matthew Rucker was born in Phoenix and raised in Las Vegas. After graduating high school, he served eight years on active duty in the United States Marines, including two combat tours to Iraq. Leaving the Marines in 2011, he pursued his passion for dentistry — earning his B.S. in Biology and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from UNLV.
During his journey through higher education, Dr. Rucker met his wife, Dr. Taylor Rucker. Together they share four wonderful children. His mission in clinical dentistry is to achieve the utmost excellence in patient care — listening to each patient's needs and providing the service that addresses them.
